Registration
To attend the Conference, one needs to complete the registration and payment. Authors will need to
register before the Early-Bird deadline to allow the papers to be included for final online publication. A
No Paper No Podium policy will be followed. Each paper shall at least have one registered delegate. Each
delegate can register to present two papers at most either by Oral or Interactive Display.
ACCM12 will be organized in an ONSITE + ONLINE hybrid mode.
Authors can participate the conference either Onsite in Hangzhou or Online via VOOV meeting (Please Download the VOOV meeting APP by the website: https://voovmeeting.com/download-center.html?from=1001). The registration
fees are different for onsite and online participants. Authors are strongly advised to pay attention to this
change.

*E-invoice will be issued for the registration fee with the content of “Conference Fee”.
Above registration rates include tax. All deadlines refer to GMT+8, Beijing Time. The registration is only
completed upon confirmation of payment. The online registration system will be open from 1st March to
24th October 2022. After this date, only onsite registration with credit card payment can be accepted.
