Cancellations, Changes & Substitutions Policy

Cancellation: Cancellations of registration must be received in writing at Email composite@zju.edu.cn by April 10, 2023. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded their fees a $75.00 (or 500 RMB)cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Substitutions should be made in writing.


Change of Registration: If you have registered as an online attendee and you want to change your registration to an onsite attendee, you will not be charged extra fee. However, if you have registered as an onsite attendee and you want to change your registration to an online attendee before April 10, 2023, you will be charged a $75.00(or 500 RMB)extra fee. No refunds will be issued after the deadline April 10, 2023

For ONSITE Attendees: Substitutions received after April 10, 2023, will be handled onsite. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions.
